The free food and beverages were a nice bonus. Also, the room was an excellent value for the price we paid.

The showerhead was awful. It was impossible to adjust to an appropriate setting. Also, our room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait another half hour.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere. Walls are not sound proof as advertised. You can hear your neighbors for sure.

Kind breakfast, amazing lobby, and delicious food that comes with your reservation. Great area too. Loved it!

The location was not too far from the airport, and having accessible dinner getting right off the plane was a great boon.Staff was friendly and accommodating which made settling in for the night fantastic.Seeing copies of Glass Mask on your shelf was an unexpected fortune and it made me think about it again and wish it wasn't on hiatus.

There was nothing about my brief stay that I didn't like.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and checking in and out was easy.

This was just for easy access to Haneda at the end of my trip, but there was a lot of great things and I'd love to stay again.-The library of manga was extensive and they had not just the current popular stuff, but also older series' as well. Most of it was in Japanese but they had a smaller English set of books too.-You are able to take the books up to your room to read as well.-I didn't realize they had food available in the lobby. It wasn't anything fancy or super nutritious, but it was nice to be able to snack without leaving the hotel.-Each room can control the heating and cooling.

For a place that focuses on reading I was surprised that the overall lighting of the room seemed fairly dim. This is made up for by the several reading lights setup in different parts of the room.

The mangas in the lounge are so awesome. Also the unlimited udon there, was a great bonus.

The carpets in the room have seen their best years. Clearly some visitors have not been nice enough to walk without shoes in those rooms. Also the room is quite small, but I believe that is the case in almost all this price range hotels in Toko area, so should not even mention it here.

We were specifically looking for a good public transport connection with the airport which is what we got. The reception staff was very nice. The free beverages and curry was also good.

The room wasn't clean properly. There was a lot of dust and the air-conditioning smelled when on. This woke up my dust allergy and I couldn't breathe easily and sleep. There were someone's socks under the bed. The very thin walls were a disaster as we had a very noisy neighbour with kids screaming and running around at 1am. I only slept 3hrs due to this before my 24hrs travel journey. I left the hotel very tired.

The room was a good space for a couple and there were many amenities provided by the hotel. The check in/out process was easy, there was daily service for changing towels and taking trash out, and the area at the lobby was filled with manga that you can just sit down and read whenever and whatever you want. Finally, it was not my case, but it was very well located and it was very easy access for those traveling in and out of the country via Haneda airport.

I felt like this room compared to all others I’ve been in Japan was a little more run down. Some of the furnishings were damaged and dirty, the wallpaper was falling apart and there was a weird faint smell in the room, which eventually we adjusted after about an hour inside the room. In my case since I was not staying there because of the closeness to the airport, this was much farther away from the main areas and attractions in Tokyo (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, Akihabara, etc)

We loved the location very close to the airport, transit and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch having noodles and snacks available in the lobby.

The room was fairly small but the layout was good enough so that two people could share it easily. Good for one night.

We really appreciated the hospitality and flexibility of the staff. They kindly accepted luggage deliveries from the airport and other locations, and also offered complimentary luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out — which was truly exceptional. The free-flow curry rice and udon were also a great bonus — after all, who doesn’t love free food?

The only challenge we faced was transporting our large suitcases from the nearest station, so we ended up taking a taxi directly to the hotel. I’d highly recommend this place for light travelers or anyone planning to take a short taxi ride from Shinagawa Station for added convenience.

Absolutely loved the all you can eat drinks, curry, and udon.

Location and they turned off our AC when we left for a few hours which I understand to conserve on electricity but it was so hot, that coming back to a hot room was troublesome.

Funky vibe with library of manga comics, including English! Free noodles and rice for guests, staff helpful and friendly, great location for airport.Rooma were clean and comfortable, and great value. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to note.

This hotel was so charming! It had all sorts of little unexpected extras. For example, I knew there was a manga library, but they surprised me when they showed a whole shelf of English language manga! The selection could have used some work, but since I was expected 0 english language manga, it was a happy surprise.

I really have no complaints. As is often the case in Japan, the toilet could have been bigger. It's a strange thing to have to say, but it really is a common complaint by Euro-American visitors.

The area was quiet. The udon and curry rice were very good and saved us from having to look for dinner.

It was a bit of a walk from the station.

friendly staff, clean room, great location.everything was amazing.

unfortunately since I'm over 6 feet tall my feet were hanging over the end of the bed. also the blankets were way to thick. waking up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat then to freeze when the blanket comes off.

Free curry and soft drink was great value. the locate is nice and close to airport.

I enjoyed its proximity to the airport and the subway line. I also liked the food and drinks in the lobby.

Not enough comic books were in English. I booked it from my daughter and she couldn’t read any of the comic books.
